My Personal Training is based around two aspects.

I believe that all exercise should be exciting, challenging and achievable.

All my Personal Training sessions are tailored to suit each individual. My personalised methods ensure that each and every one of my clients has a routine specifically geared to their physical needs and goals.

Working together I can help you achieve those personal goals whether it is weight loss, sculpting or toning, improving fitness, strength building or sports specific.

With the added benefit of providing you with nutritional advice to compliment your training, RESULTS will be achieved sooner than you realise.

45 minute or 60 minute PT sessions are available at great rates and bulk buy discounts will make your sessions even more affordable.

All PT with myself is to take place at the RSPT Studio.

Perfect if you have had an injury or suffer from aches, pains and niggles.

This package consists of 10 x 45 minute 1-2-1 PT sessions (to be taken 1 per week) at the RSPT Studio.

 

We will assess and analyze dysfunctions that may contribute to pain.  From there, we will work together to develop a comprehensive training approach to improve fundamental movement.

 

A progressive and adaptable Movement Programme will also be provided for you to continue your development outside of the sessions.
